Foss Swim School is a premier swim school with 30+ locations across the Midwest, dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment for children to learn life-swim skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching life-swim skills to children of all ages in a fun and engaging manner.

• Teach life-swim skills to children of all ages in a fun and engaging manner.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for students.
• Build partnerships with parents and guardians to promote student progress.
• Support and demonstrate our four Cultural Pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, Belong.
• Bring laughter and smiles to the pool

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a pool setting.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Practice good communication skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Aquatic background preferred, but not required.
