Practice Overview:
o A multi-disciplinary healthcare facility with a focus on outpatient services, owned by physicians, encompassing 23 distinct specialties.
Our primary facility is located in a vibrant community, complemented by several satellite offices.
Employment Structure:
o The initial two years will be under an associate contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a Shareholder role thereafter.
Team Composition:
o A total of 46 medical professionals, including 34 Allied Health Experts (PA or ARNP)
o Gastroenterology Department: 2 physicians, 1 Allied Health Expert
Qualifications:
o Must be a US Resident or possess a Green Card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (candidates must plan to take the certification exam post-residency/fellowship)
Compensation Package:
o The associate contract features a base salary supplemented by a wRVU production model, calculated based on a specific dollar amount per work RVU generated.
Benefits Offered:
o Competitive remuneration aligned with AMGA standards, with additional bonuses tied to quality and performance metrics
o Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
o 401K plan with employer matching after one year
o $2500 allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
o Assistance with relocation expenses
Paid Time Off:
o 20 business days of PTO, clinic closure on 6 holidays, 5 CME Days, totaling 31 days annually

Procedures and Services Offered:
o Colonoscopy
o EGD
o Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
o PEG Tubes
Located in a desirable region with a strong community presence.
Practice Guidelines:
o Patients must be over 18 years old
o No hemorrhoid surgeries performed
o ERCP and EUS procedures available
o Gastric Bypass and Capsule Endoscopies are not conducted
o Gallbladder evaluations are performed, but removals are not.
