We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society-Park River. As a member of our nursing department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role

The RN/LPN Long Term Care Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
  • Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote resident well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
