Job Description: Executive Sales Manager
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the funeral home industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement plans to achieve those goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience; Funeral Home or Combo desired.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales production, strongly preferred.
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
