Job Summary:
The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Clinical Expertise
• Possesses a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
B. Leadership and Collaboration
• Demonstrates effective leadership skills, including the ability to assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to other care providers.
C. Education and Training
• Maintains current knowledge and skills in areas such as BLS, RN License, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, Moderate Sedation, de-escalation training, and arrhythmia recognition.
D. Professional Development
• Participates in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
