Job Description

This Community Manager role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 208-unit family community in Lincoln, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage property operations to ensure maximum occupancy levels and property values.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management, preferably with Tax Credit knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with YARDI Voyager is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive rate of $31-33 per hour, depending on experience. A fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on-site will be provided as part of the compensation package.
