**Job Summary:**

Bausch & Lomb is seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and operating packaging lines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and operate packaging equipment, including labelers, cartoners, bundlers, case packers, and print & apply labelers.
  • Perform line clearances and sublot changeovers to ensure efficient production.
  • Accurately perform and document quality inspections, in-process cosmetic inspections, tank changeovers, and batch record-related information.
  • Enter data into our system, including recording downtime and standard yield.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a packaging operation.
  • Strong reading and math comprehension.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work and make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, web-based applications).

**Preferred Skills:**

  • PLC machine/equipment experience.
