Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key partner in patient care, you will work closely with our doctors to develop personalized treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
- Manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education
- Expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing continuing professional development
- Collaborate with other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Competitive compensation with unlimited bonus potential
- 4 out of 5 hygienists earned an incentive payout, with an average monthly earnings of over $1800
- Top 10% of hygienists earned an average compensation of $121k
