Job Summary
CSW Industrials Inc. is seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compounding and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.


Responsibilities



  2. Prepare materials for batches in accordance with pre-batch tickets.
  3. Monitor process to ensure that the right quantity and quality are being met in an efficient manner.
  4. Fill products from mixers.
  5. Manufacture high-quality products with maximum use of time and equipment.
  6. Organize and prepare raw materials and finished goods.
  7. Maintain housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
  8. Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling product usage in the ERP system.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications



  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous compounding experience is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good basic math skills.
  • Basic understanding of computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to complete JD Edwards transactions through on-the-job training.
  • Demonstrated good performance and attendance.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
