As a Stylist-in-Training, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced stylists and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic salon environment. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, learning the business, and developing your skills in cutting, styling, coloring, and other salon services.

• Learn the ins and outs of our salon operations and develop your skills in hairstyling and customer service.
• Assist experienced stylists with client consultations, haircuts, and other salon services.
• Develop your knowledge of our point-of-sale systems and learn how to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

• Graduation from an accredited cosmetology school and possession of a valid license to practice in your state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
