Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage commercial trucks.
  • Adhere to instructions; navigate using maps and GPS systems.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Collect goods and materials, ensure load accuracy, and deliver as per directives.
  • Handle loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance; adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Accurately complete and verify all necessary documentation.
  • Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional literature, networking, and participation in industry associations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and driving practices.
  • Experience with pallet jacks is required; forklift experience is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift up to 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Must pass random drug screenings.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • No DUI/DWI offenses within the last seven years.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication abilities.
  • Reliability and dependability.
Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
  • Valid CDL – Class A
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
