Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a memorable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.
- Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
