Restoration Bids Expert

We are looking for a Restoration Bids Expert to join our team at Hydradry Inc. Based in Apopka, FL, this is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's success.

Estimated Salary:$ $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This role involves working closely with our sales and operations teams to analyze bid specifications and craft competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering pricing data, tracking market trends, and uncovering competitive intelligence that gives us a winning edge. They will also need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Analyze bid specifications and project details to inform our bidding strategy.
• Craft accurate and competitive cost estimates that align with client needs and company goals.
• Gather pricing data, track market trends, and uncover competitive intelligence.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise and commitment to excellence.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Champion collaboration across departments to gather information and align on bid strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in bidding, estimating, or related field, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with bidding software or databases is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
