Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Mindlance, you will be responsible for 5 to 8 years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment. You will also be expected to have 5 to 8 years of experience documenting test plans, expected test results, actual test results, identified issues, and steps to replicate accessibility findings. Additionally, you will have 4 years of test automation experience using Selenium, TestNG with Java, SQL, API Testing, Load and Performance Testing. You will also be responsible for 3 years of experience in creating automation frameworks such as Page object model or Page factory model. Furthermore, you will have 2 years of experience working in CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational ability and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others with high influencing skills. Finally, they will have the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.

Requirements:

* 5 to 8 years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment
