Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute customer success strategies aimed at fostering customer loyalty and driving revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the customer success team to provide outstanding service and support.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to customer success, maximizing value for our clients.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess and enhance customer satisfaction and success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our offerings.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in the edtech or higher education sector.
- Extensive experience in SaaS, with a strong grasp of SaaS metrics and customer success strategies.
- Solid background in post-sale and sales processes, demonstrating success in customer retention and growth.
- Familiarity with BPO and contact center operations, along with a deep understanding of call center dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective customer success initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
- Bonus potential of up to $30,000.
