Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
  • Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
  • Prior experience in emergency nursing is preferred, but new graduates are also considered.
