Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with a strong background in business law, excellent writing and communication skills, and a genuine passion for client service. The successful candidate will provide guidance on business sale transactions, including the associated tax implications. Additionally, the attorney may advise on real estate transactions and other related matters, focusing on their tax consequences.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of experience in transactional tax services, either within a law firm or a public accounting firm. We also welcome applicants with an accounting degree, CPA, or LLM, even if they lack direct experience in this area.
