We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a production and customer service team member at Gurukul Soft Pretzel LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the production of our delicious soft pretzels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pretzel twisting and baking
• Inventory tracking and management
• Preparing dips and sauces
• Processing customer transactions and maintaining cash accountability
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Food Safety Certification (training provided)
