We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse I to join our team at Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a specific group of patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate services provided by other members of the healthcare team within the guidelines of hospital policy and procedures.
- Act in a charge nurse capacity and direct and supervise nursing care within a specific assigned unit in the absence of and in conjunction with the Nurse Manager.
- Identify and correct nursing service problems and maintain patient care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory agencies.
- 2 years of unit-specific experience required, PACU/Critical Care.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement process and activities.
