Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cycle Counter. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cycle counts, compiling and maintaining records of inventory, and researching root causes of discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Conduct full warehouse inventory at least once per year and cycle count the warehouse once per week
  • Support product loss and damage program and investigate causes of damage and loss
  • Participate in recoup and disposition of damaged and destressed product
  • Perform quality checks around date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items
  • Research causes of weight variances, receiving/put away/let down issues, and damaged product
  • Proactively check First-in First-out (FIFO) items for proper rotation
  • Verify the put-away and transfer process performed by day and night personnel
  • Maintain housekeeping and sanitation expectations
  • Meet and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Coordinate will-call orders when scheduled
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of general administrative experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to eliminate distractions and concentrate during the counting process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work any shift and schedule due to our 24/7 environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience in a distribution center environment
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
