  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report quality data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • Experience: 5+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement philosophies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of management and employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or aerospace industries.
  • Professional Certifications: Certification in quality management, such as ASQ certification, is a plus.
