We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at One Stop Medical Staffing Solutions. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse position involves assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of patients. This role requires clinical expertise, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care.
  • Health Education: Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Certifications: CPR certification and basic life support training.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care, or home health care facilities.

We offer competitive compensation ($65,000 - $85,000 per year), flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement for Licensed Practical Nurses. Estimated salary range based on location (North Carolina) and industry standards.
