Job Summary:

As a CNA Supervisor at Baptist Health, you will be responsible for supervising PACE participants attending the day center and assisting them as needed at outside appointments. You will also assist the transportation department as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise PACE participants at the day center
  • Assist participants at outside appointments as needed
  • Support the transportation department as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Arkansas CNA license
  • Valid Arkansas driver's license and clean driving record
  • Two years experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Benefits:

This role will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
