Position Overview: Are you ready to be a part of a team that has established Minnesota Bankers Association as a premier workplace? We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our dynamic team in Mankato.

Role Summary: Reporting directly to the CEO/President, the Vice President of Operations will serve as the chief executive responsible for overseeing Retail Deposits, Banking Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Information Technology.

This role is crucial in providing leadership and guidance to the functional supervisors managing daily operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring that the bank's operational processes run smoothly and that technology is leveraged to enhance efficiency.

Customer Experience: A vital aspect of this position is to guarantee an outstanding customer service experience. This includes managing internal efficiencies, particularly in electronic banking, cash management, mobile banking, and ACH services.

Strategic Leadership: This position will lead the strategic planning initiatives for the bank and will be accountable for executing the bank's objectives in alignment with the strategic goals set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required
