HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Koch Foods. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

• Assist in the administration and adherence to company policies and procedures, and resolution of employee relation issues.
• Support managers and supervisors with disciplinary issues.
• Recruit job openings, and interview candidates.
• Conduct required training.
• Conduct employee investigations.
• Conduct I-9 audits.
• Provide assistance with managing unemployment claims, appeals and hearings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment law.
• Compile and analyze turnover, retention, and absenteeism data, assisting HR Manager in developing and implementing retention/attendance procedures and plans.
• Compile and distribute HR reports as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Previous HR and employee relations experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Good conflict resolution skills.
