About the Role

This role will assist with daily work schedules, delivery schedules, assign tasks, and enforce company policies.

You will plan, organize, and oversee sales, accounting, service, and collection activities.

Additionally, you will assist with customer retention and collection efforts as needed, prepare and review store reports, manage inventory and cash assets.

Your role also includes ensuring employee engagement by putting focus on sales floor activities and training.

Finally, you will ensure the store merchandise and displays are rotated, clean, attractive, and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Operations: Help the store manager with daily tasks, including scheduling, deliveries, task assignments, and enforcing company policies.
  • Oversee Sales and Accounting Activities: Plan, organize, and supervise sales, accounting, service, and collection activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Retention and Collection: Assist in retaining customers and collecting payments as needed.
  • Store Reports and Inventory Management: Prepare and review store reports, manage inventory, and maintain cash assets.
  • Employee Engagement: Focus on sales floor activities and training to engage employees and improve their skills.
  • Merchandise and Display Management: Ensure store merchandise and displays are rotated, clean, attractive, and well-organized.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous retail management experience, preferably in a rent-to-own environment.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

You must comply with the company's drug-free workplace program and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets organizational standards are also required.

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to the base salary, you will receive bonuses (monthly), certified training/professional development programs, and other performance incentives.
