We are seeking an experienced Event Bartender to join our team at Hard Rock Casino.
Job Summary:
The Event Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during special events and banquets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
About the Role:
- Serve guests promptly and courteously during special events and banquets.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
- Properly record all transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to serving alcohol and ensuring guest safety.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often in a standing position for extended periods. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move quickly to respond to guest needs.
Estimated Salary Range:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
