Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal RF/Analog Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and test RF and analog architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and test RF circuits using simulation tools and generate BOMs
  • Interface with layout engineers for PCB tape-out and troubleshoot RF circuits to meet spec requirements
  • Train and guide junior engineers and identify technical bottlenecks to address
  • Provide power supply, thermal, mechanical, and reliability requirements for RF components and collaborate with system engineering teams
  • Assist in product transition from engineering to manufacturing, including writing acceptance test procedures and assembling RF circuits
Requirements
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or STEM degree
  • Five years of experience in design and tuning of RF circuits, RF circuit simulation, and RF component testing
  • Three years of experience with ADS/AWR/SPICE circuit simulation
  • Ability to gain security clearance and access to controlled technology, materials, and software
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Eight years of experience in design and tuning of RF circuits, RF circuit simulation, and RF component testing
  • Design experience in RF components, such as combiners, filters, switches, mixers, circulators, VCOs, power amps, and antennas
  • HFSS simulation experience and familiarity with thermal considerations in RF components
