Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Salinas, California.
About the JobAs an Interventional Radiology Technologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience in radiation technology and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide seamless patient care.
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility standards and protocols.
- Transport patients as needed and assist with various procedures.
- One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal directions, and operate computer systems.
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, lift equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, bend.
