Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,600 and $141,200 per annum, based on the location and job requirements. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D. We also offer 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering center, you will be responsible for providing mission-critical incident management support and service restoration to our customers. You will perform troubleshooting investigations through both front-end and back-end tech stacks by capturing log files, querying tables, updating/cycling servers, etc.

  • You will document thoroughly notes and activities as it pertains to the investigation and mitigation of customer issues.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated response to urgent technical issues affecting clients.
  • You will lead cross-team collaboration for active emergency technical issues, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved in live discussions and decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field. You must also have good knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux/Unix(command-line) and SQL, familiarity with relational databases, personal/enterprise network exposure, experience providing phone-based customer/technical support and escalation management, and experience in application support.

Prior experience with Citrix deployment and administration, handling production systems running Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Linux, or UNIX, and using ticket documentation systems like Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira is highly desirable.
