Senior Meat Cutter

About the Role: As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications.

• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products.

Requirements: 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department, must be 18 years of age or older, and acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
