Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat athletes in educational and community event settings, implementing competent treatment and intervention plans.
  • Assist in the delivery of treatment to patients in outpatient rehabilitation settings, adhering to acceptable practice guidelines and department policies.
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide efficient and effective patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to safety guidelines and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Nationally certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association.
  • Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Graduate from an accredited athletic training program or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Experience in a high school or collegiate environment.
