Senior Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team at AEG. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a confectionery or baking environment and possess strong attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, including cake pops, cookies, pastries, and other confectionery items.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, including equipment and utensils.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist with packaging and presentation of baked goods for sale.

**Requirements:

• Previous experience in a confectionery or baking environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of confectionery techniques and ingredients is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
