We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) at Atlas Ventures in Dresden.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, converting, and operating machines or systems
  • Preparing work processes
  • Checking machine functions and commissioning machines
  • Maintaining and servicing machines and systems
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Conducting production and quality controls
Requirements:
  • Good secondary school diploma or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Interest in mathematics and physics (minimum grade 3 or better)
  • Technical understanding
  • Manual dexterity for replacing defective parts
  • Spatial imagination for reading technical drawings
  • Quick reaction time for intervening in case of errors
  • Continuous willingness to learn and commitment

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, further career opportunities at Atlas Ventures are possible, such as further training to become a master or technician.
