We are a dynamic and diverse team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, committed to excellence in everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with various HR/Payroll functions, including timekeeping, payroll, program administration, employee communications, and other related duties;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel and medical files for active and terminated employees;
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA);
- Participating in the development and execution of site/region level strategies to improve Organizational health and culture;
- Supporting the payroll coordinator and assisting with payroll-related tasks;
- Compiling, reconciling, and validating completeness of daily time reporting;
- Monitoring and reporting on timing reporting compliance;
Key Qualifications:
- U.S. Person required;
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Associates degree in business administration, finance, or human resources preferred;
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
