Job Title: Room 94 & Victories Service Staff Bartender

At Odawa Casino Resort, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Room 94 & Victories. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, using proper techniques and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, using product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the service staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of bartending or service industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
