Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and Install: Accurately assemble and install components as per technical drawings.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Proficiently read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Assembly Specifications: Follow Loctite and torque specifications during assembly.
- Tool Usage: Safely operate manual and powered tools for equipment assembly.
- Process Inspections: Conduct inspections and maintain checklists.
- Fit, Form, and Function: Ensure components meet specified fit, form, and function criteria.
- Clean Work Environment: Maintain a tidy workspace, minimizing clutter and trip hazards.
- 5S Program: Adhere to Lean 5S principles by sorting, organizing, cleaning, standardizing, and sustaining work areas.
- Attendance: Maintain a reliable attendance record, communicating effectively with supervisors regarding time off.

Qualifications:

- Industry experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficient in operating hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.


Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Must thrive in a production setting.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.

Mental Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a consistent work pace.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and understanding calibration needs.
- Capable of performing basic arithmetic.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Work Environment:
- Adhere to time and attendance policies set by the department supervisor.
- Work conditions may vary between office and production environments.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation:
Salary range of $20-25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
