Job Summary

The Room Attendant is a vital member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guestrooms. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guestrooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as cleaning techniques, guest service, and hotel operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and efficiently around the hotel.
