About the Role

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to provide in-person services to public school students in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement behavior plans.
  • Conduct assessments, provide training and support to families, and monitor progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or RBT Certification.
  • NJ DOE certification.
  • New Jersey licensure requirements.
  • Behavior Specialist experience required.
  • Experience providing Behavioral services for public school students.
