Senior Clinical Therapist Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Therapist at Eliada Homes Inc. This is a full-time position that requires working in a residential treatment setting. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, oversee the delivery of treatment services, and provide therapy services to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical supervision and oversight of the treatment milieu and model of care
* Oversee the delivery of treatment services, including individual, family, and group therapy
* Develop and implement Comprehensive Clinical Assessments with recommendations
* Complete documentation of therapy services, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
* Participate in trainings to maintain current licensure and enhance professional development and clinical services provided at Eliada

Requirements:
* A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with current Full licensure in North Carolina
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing treatment services, such as case management, individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents
* Excellent training, supervision, interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
