About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Volleyball Referee to join our team at Triple Shift Entertainment LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all games are played fairly and safely.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and skills in the principles and methods of Volleyball as either a coach, player or referee. You will also model exceptional sportsmanship and assure that rules of the game are being followed by all participants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year. If you are passionate about Volleyball and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all games are played fairly and safely.
  • Model exceptional sportsmanship.
  • Assure that rules of the game are being followed by all participants.
  • Provide a safe, fair, and fun atmosphere for all of our league players.
  • Assess penalties when necessary.
  • Handles complaints and uses judgment as to which issues get referred to management.
