Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate groups to provide information and education to the target population, adhering to program guidelines.
Support participants in building resiliency through self-esteem, self-efficacy, and problem-solving skills.
Encourage participants to engage in program activities and curriculum to maintain program retention and efficacy.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Development, Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
3 years of experience in the behavioral/mental health field.
Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation for meetings and reporting purposes.
Availability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Development, Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
1 year of experience in the behavioral/mental health field.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay Range:
$25 - $27.50
