Position Overview:
We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology for a 4-week assignment. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital environment.

Job Specifications:
- Active Compact License required at the time of submission
- BLS certification is essential
- Experience in Med-Surg is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Aim for 1 charge nurse, 4-5 staff nurses, 2 technicians, and 1 administrative support
- Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse
- Weekend shifts: 2-3 shifts within a 4-week schedule

Unit Details:
- Unit Name: 2 North
- Staff Composition: Dedicated nursing team
- Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse
- EMR System: Meditech
- Patient Types: Med-Surg, Inpatient Oncology, and Hospice

Additional Information:
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Oncology and Chemotherapy, as well as Hospice care
- Typical Procedures: Care for Med-Surg patients, Inpatient Oncology, and Hospice patients
- Ideal Candidate Profile: A compassionate individual who thrives in a supportive and family-oriented environment
- Floating Opportunities: Potential to assist in other Med-Surg areas if needed
