Psychiatrist - Outpatient in Northern Arizona

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH). As a Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health and healing people.
NAH is a physician-led organization offering tertiary care in a community hospital. Our vision is grounded in our intention to transform the health of the communities we serve in Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood, and all of northern Arizona.
About the Position- Based in Flagstaff, serving the Northern Arizona Region
- Join a team of 5 Inpatient Psychiatrists
- Training for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and other CE requirements for licensing
- Prefer Child and Adolescent trained
- All providers above median RVU production
As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for analyzing a patient's mental health status and providing the necessary treatment. You may admit patients, order tests, prescribe medication, or recommend therapy. You will hold regular discussions with patients to diagnose mental disorders or assess a patient's response to treatment.
Requirements- Graduate of an approved medical school as an M.D. or D.O.
- Completed residency or fellowship program
- Obtain and maintain board certification in Psychiatry, including recertification
- Maintain an Arizona medical license and DEA license without restriction
