As an Academic Excellence Specialist at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create comprehensive lesson plans and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
  • Provide individualized instruction and promote interactive learning
  • Assess and record student progress and provide grades and feedback
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders in regular meetings
  • Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
  • Observe and understand students' behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse, etc.
  • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, etc.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and Pennsylvania certification as a teacher. One year of teaching experience is preferred.
