About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee Medical Services at our Tewksbury Conexiones facility. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for implementing doctor's orders, monitoring medication and vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments, COWS, and CIWA assessments upon admission
  • Monitor and record vital signs as needed
  • Implement doctor's orders and medication protocols
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide client medical insight and support
  • Work closely with the Medical Director to ensure medication reconciliation and management
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client treatment progress
Requirements
  • Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year of medication monitoring experience
  • Experience with EHR systems
  • Knowledge of best practices in addiction medicine and substance use disorder treatment
