We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Release Coordinator to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. This is a full-time position based in Plano, TX.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing release activities across multiple services. This includes planning and executing releases, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining relationships with various teams and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate Releases:
Develop and implement release plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution of releases. - Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with release activities, ensuring minimal disruptions to service. - Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. - Release Readiness Reviews:
Lead and participate in release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business Go/No-Go reviews to ensure releases meet quality and performance standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in release management, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
