About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at TreeHouse Foods. As a key member of our supply chain logistics team, you will be responsible for directing efficient, effective, and accurate shipping, receiving, dock, and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all warehouse operations, conduct of food safety, and quality procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, productive, and positive work environment.
  • Direct, coach, train, and provide performance feedback to warehouse associates.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and laws addressing occupational safety (OSHA), food safety and quality (FDA), and environmental safety (EPA) in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager and Material Planner's to maintain accurate records on inbound and outbound materials and inventory management.
  • Oversee the use, maintenance, and training for all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Five-(5) years of work experience in progressive management of shipping, receiving, dock, and warehouse functions required, in food manufacturing preferred.
  • Three-(3) years supervisory experience in a warehouse management position.
  • Safe Forklift driving experience.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment and systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and food quality standards and regulations such as SQF and environmental and safety regulations.
