Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely achievement of project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Guide cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and analysts to meet project objectives.
- Encourage a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing necessary guidance and support.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
Data, AI, and Software Solution Engineering:
- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of data, AI, and software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, machine learning, AI, and software development.
- Work with technical teams to tackle challenges and enhance solution performance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Collect and analyze feedback to ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
- Guarantee that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Implement and oversee processes for data integrity, security, and privacy.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Identify and secure essential resources, including personnel, technology, and tools.
- Monitor expenditures and adjust plans to keep projects within budgetary limits.
Communication and Presentation:
- Prepare and conduct webinars, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Create clear and engaging presentation materials to communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes.
- Effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in managing data, AI, and software engineering projects, with a strong record of successful delivery.
- Thorough knowledge of data governance, machine learning, AI technologies, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to project management and problem-solving.
- Experience in preparing and leading webinars, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with big data technologies and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
