Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strive to turn every potential customer into a satisfied customer by promoting products and services that meet their needs.
- Process customer orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with product information, demonstrations, and explanations of benefits.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bi-lingual a plus.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexibility, including weekends and varying shifts.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
